mav->gantscha: Never mind, thank you for quick answer. Good to know that it
works.
So this bug is now only about the new dialog that should allow to open files
without locking. I am updating the summary accordingly. By the way, the dialog
could mention that server settings might be the reason that a document file can
not be locked.
