Next I tried to change paper format from "user" to "A4" for both sides of the document (the two pages have different page temlates) - now printing works well. So the problem seems to be paper format "user" which is /always/ treated as change in paper format (and so resulting in two print jobs) even if there is no change in actual values of paper height and width for the pages involved. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
