It's hard to recreate the exact conditions of how this occurs, but it seems to 
involve clicking and holding 
the left mouse button to select text, scrolling down the document while still 
holding the mouse down (like 
your selecting several pages of text), releasing the mouse, then scrolling back 
up. It sometimes results in 
the display not refreshing properly so an odd doubling up of the content 
display occurs. It appears 
random as I've tried to replicate exactly what causes it without success. I can 
say it's not tied to a particular document or document type. 
I have a screenshot of the problem.
