as you (or someone else) have not answered to my question from last Sunday, I
close this issue as fixed. If you think this issue is not fixed, please feel
free to reopen it again (but give us a little bit more info about your system
and maybe provide a screenshot of the missing icon, please ... ;) ).
I forgot to mention, that I used the Germanophone version of RC3 (now RC4, where
the icon is still available ... ;) ).
