I check OO 3.0rc4 for this bug. Bug still exists. So, changing "Vesion" field
from "BEA300m2" to "OOo 3.0 RC4".
The bug is not only with opening documents, but also with saving documents.
Lets do the next (locale ru_RU.utf8).
1. Save document as "123абв456.odt" and do not close Writer.
2. See at window title. There will correct "123абв456.odt" in it.
3. Close Writer.
4. See at filesystem. There will be incorrect "123???456.odt" in it.
5. Open "123???456.odt" from filesystem. Writer will open it.
6. See at window title. There will be incorrect "123???456.odt" in it.
7. Close Writer.
8. Rename "123???456.odt" to "123абв456.odt" at filesystem.
9. try to open "123абв456.odt" from filesystem. Writer will not open it.
P.S. Is there any problems with cyrillic letters in this Bugzilla?
What do you see here: "АБВГДЕЁЖЗ" or garbage?
