------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu Oct 16 11:59:56 +0000 2008 ------- When printing to one-sided printers, one can fake two-sided printing by printing the even pages in reverse order, then putting them back in the printer, and then printing the odd pages in normal order. This produces double-sided printed documents.
