2008 -------
I upgraded from ver 2.4.1 to ver 3.0. This issue has never happened to me
before.

1) Create a new document (text, spread sheet or impress) and save it at local
drive.

2) (A) Continue editing and save again ==> error message at step 3 or
   (B) Close the file and re-open ==> file is opened as read-only

3) Message: "Error saving the document <file name>: Object not accessible. The
object cannot be accessed due to insufficient user rights."

4) I've administrator right and the file is not shared. I found out that there
is a hidden file created by OO at the save location -- ".~lock.<file name>.ods#"

5) If the ".~lock.<file name>.odp#> is deleted, everything goes back to normal
but this is not a long term solution.

Please help. Thank you.
