I did not know what this issue would become, so when I rewrote the French affixes, I did it as if hyphens would always be considered as word characters. Examples: http://dicollecte.free.fr/entry.php?prj=fr&id=129744 http://dicollecte.free.fr/entry.php?prj=fr&id=165479 The problem is that it slows down the spellcheck process, not so much, but it could be too heavy for slow computer. As you can see, that generates a lot of flexions, especially for verbs which begin with a vowel, for these suffixes combinates with elisions.
