When I edit my old master documents created with OOo2 (some of them also with
1.) heading and footer of the master document should be used for all integrated
contents, but I see that some documents will be shown without heading and
footer.

Currently I can't see any system, sometimes it works fine, sometimes it doesn't.
Sometimes it helps to modify a slave document by activating heading and footer,
sometimes it does not help.

When I save the document with 3.0 and reopen it with 2.4, everything looks fine,
headings and footers will be shown quite normal.

It will not be easy for me to create a test kit, but I will try during the
weekend.
