I can still reproduce the defect in OOo 3.0, when I skip steps 6, 7, 8 and 9.
It happens with the new position and space attributes and the former ones - the
former ones are used, when ODF format version 1.0/1.1 is used for saving
documents in ODF.

The problem is that a paragraph, which has paragraph style "Heading 1" ("Heading
1" is assigned to list level of outline style and thus has the outline style as
its list style) applied, but afterwards its list style is set to "None" (happens
via the second "Backspace" at the first paragraph of the document), got back the
outline style as its list style after save-load-action.

Re-target this issue from OOo 3.x to OOo 3.2
