- open the attached database document
- open the contained report for editing
- do an arbitrary change to the report design (i.e. change the height of the
  details section)
- save and close the report design
- close the database document
- when asked whether to save changes in the document, deny this
- open the database document, again
=> the document is still modified, and when you open the report design, you
see that the changes you just discarded are still there.

This is another incarnation of our usual ref-count problem. In this case, it
seems that as soon as you opened a report design which contains a chart object,
the database document is never really released, until you close OOo as a whole.
You can verify this by just opening and closing the report design (without
modifying it), then closing the database document, and then trying to
rename/remove the database file: on Windows XP, the only platform where we have
strict file locking, the operating system will deny this, telling you that the
file is in use. Only after OOo is terminated the file becomes accessible.
