------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tue Oct 21 07:01:35 +0000 2008 ------- On a thin client running debian-edu etch, Openoffice 3.0 downloaded from openoffice.org and installed. When opening .ods files directly from konqueror, only the title bar of the openoffice window is shown, and openoffice hangs. To stop it you must kill from commandline. If opening ooo calc first from the menu, then you can open .ods files both from konqueror and from the internal ooo browser. Opening .xls or .odt files from konqueror works, even if ooo isn't allready running.
