When switching slides (both via slide sorter and via page up/page down), the slides with the arrow bitmaps show little "missing image" icons at the bottom of each arrow (happens for me when thumbing through the slides, until the end, then waiting a few moments and switching back from slide 4 to slide 3). Vanishes after forced repaint. Seems to be related to the fact that the arrow bitmaps are not square sized, and rotated by 90 degrees.
