AW: Changed two places up to now:
(1) BezierObjectBar::GetAttrState(..) in SD needs to disable the whole bezier
edit toolbar when move or size protect is set for the selection at the view
(2) SdrDragView::BegDragObj(..) in SVX needs to be forced to do nothing if a
poly point is selected and move or size protect is set.
Still the toolbar is not refreshed when changing the state of move or size
protect at the SdrObject. I already corrected SdrObject::SetMoveProtect(..) and
SdrObject::SetResizeProtect(..) to do the common broadcasting stuff.
Investigating how the refresh of the toolbar is triggered in SD...
