By OpenOffice Impress 3.0 or write (installed with Oo_3.0.0rc4_20080930_Win32Intel_install_en-US) In 3 steps: 1/ Open Office Impress and write (for exemple) Open window : Insert/picture/Form File... 2/ Close the document used for open the previous window 3/ Open a picture with your window still open.
