------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sun Oct 26 14:52:53 +0000 2008 ------- No matter which program is open, regardless of whether Quickstarter is running on its own, alongside or disabled, soffice.bin uses all spare processor and large amounts of RAM (e.g. oscillation between 400 and 460 MB for a single 400 KB presentation). OOo programs become slow to respond. There are about five seconds after starting an OOo program, before the problem arises.
