Are you sure about that? For me it sounds wrong and singular would make more
sense here as Settings is already plural?

On the other hand, isn't this actually Setting of Footnotes, so it should be 
either

Footnote's Settings or
Footnotes' Settings

I guess Footnotes Settings would be translated from German, but wrong? Not
really sure though. 

Anyway, I changed this to be plural now, but please discuss what's the correct
wording. If it should be plural, everything is done, otherwise I'll change it 
again.
