The spreadsheet can't do a chart if all the data is separated using other
separator than ',' and values are < 1. This seems to have something to do with
the decimal separator used in system is not handled correctly. This issue has
been posted earlier (in 1.1.3.) but somehow it is still hang around. This is
really a major defect, because decimal separators in real civilized and
especially in scientific world are '.', and not ','.
