I believe hennerdrewes is correct, and numbers in RTL context should use a CTL
font, as will be the case when his patch to Issue 89825 will be in an OOo
release. The question of how the font's number glyphs look is a font issue, and
should not affect the code. Since the issue has been handled elsewhere, I'll
close it as a duplicate.
