Easy to duplicate. Type into cell B1: =A1 Press Enter. Click on cell B1 then press Ctrl+c. Select area B2:B10 and then press Ctrl+v. Now select area B1:B10 and then press Shift+F4. If you selected from top to bottom then only cell B10 has been converted.
