I prefer another solution.
The status of the "Save" button should depend not only on the "modified" status
but also by an additional "storable" status. If either of these values is true,
the button gets enabled.
This additional status could be set e.g. when a view change in a Calc document
is made. It's up to the application to decide when this status shall be "true".
And no: moving the cursor shouldn't trigger that.

But when the document is closed, only the "modified" status will be evaluated,
so that changing the view will not cause a dialog to be shown.

This will need some more code to write, but I prefer a good solution with a
little bit more work over a quick hack that causes trouble for others.
