We have a Windows Service that uses OpenOffice to convert ODT formatted
documents, submitted by our applications, to PDFs. When the Service is started
the PDFs it produces are good. However after a number of conversions have been
performed by the service, the PDFs it produces become corrupt. When these
corrupt PDFs are viewed using Adobe Reader it appears that the wrong fonts are
being applied to the content.

As an example I have run a test using one of our applications to submit 2 page
personalized letters to the Service for conversion to PDF. The first 708
letters submitted to the Service convert correctly. But every letter submitted
after the 708th yields a corrupted PDF. The corrupt PDFs can be opened but
their content is corrupted. You can tell when the Service starts producing
corrupt PDFs by looking at the PDF file sizes. In my test the good PDFs are
always 105KB. When things go bad the exported PDF files are larger and smaller
than 105KB.

I have run tests using OO2.3.1 and OO2.4.2 and have gotten the same results.
When I use OO2.1 the PDFs are not corrupt but the Service eventually (at around
18,000 conversions)runs into problems due to the memory leak in that version
(see issue 73457).

Our service is written in C++ and interfaces to OO through the UNO APIs over a
named pipe.
