Some graphic inserts (used by the bibliography program Bookends 10.3.4 to
handle citations) are not
being correctly imported. They simply don't appear in the imported document.
The file was created with
Word 2008 and saved using the Word 97-2004 format (.doc). The .docx version
from this same program
is importing correctly. This is a severe problem for an academic and will
prevent me from using this word
processor until it can be fixed, alas. So I would categorize it as serious but
for a relatively small set of
users. If it affects other bibliography programs, like Endnote, then it would
be a more serious problem
but I don't have a copy for testing purposes.
