When I open a document containing a "text box" in Microsoft Word it's in the correct location (I click on the text box, select "format text box" and the vertical position is specified as -20.48 cm from paragraph). When I open the same document in Openoffice the frames location is specified as vertical: "from top" by: -2.54 cm to: "margin". The text box is shown right at the top of the page. Behind the text box is a picture and this is located in the correct place in both programs.
