My bug report was not about OOo for the Dutch language. It was about the
instructions page for downloading and installing OOo that was out of date.
The issue appears to have been fixed by someone updating the page for 3.0, so my
issue was /fixed/ and not /invalid/. I am re-opening and will close with fixed
right away if I have the permissions.
