Description of problem:
When I save pptx file having background on master slide directly as odp, the
background is lost, I get white slides. But when I save first as ppt and then
ppt
file save as odp, the background is there.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
OpenOffice.org 3.0.0 OOO300m7 build 9354

How reproducible:
Always when I try to save pptx file with background is in master slide

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open pptx file which has background
2. Save as odp file
3. Go File-Reload or just close the file and open again
-- there is no background

Steps to go around the issue:
1. Open pptx file which has background
2. Save as ppt file
3. Save again as odp file
4. Go File-Reload or just close the file and open again
-- background is there
