Intermittently editing a large 80,000+ word document in web-layout mode, neither
the mouse nor keyboard will move the cursor to a line for editing, but will go
to the line above the target line. To get to the line below requires cursor-left
to the end of the upper-line, then one more cursor left to the errant line which
then allows editing. Typically this occurs where there is a paragraph that is
two lines long.
