It looks like it should be enough for this scenario to do the check on file
saving. We will need two additional dialogs in this case probably.

If the file was overwritten by another application the user could be notified
that he could overwrite the changes from another user and suggested to store the
document elsewhere.

If the file is currently locked by the file system locking, that means that
somebody is editing the document using a third-party application. The user could
be suggested in this case to store the document version locally to prevent
overwriting.

This enhancement still looks to make sense for the case when no other editor
except OOo3.x is going to be used in the network. It will prevent possible
problems in case of casual using of third-party application.
