In version 2.4 when you select File|Print and click "Options" you can select the print content type of "handouts" as a check (tick) box. In this current version the choice of Drawing,Handouts,Notes,Outline are missing. I have screenshots of the difference between 3.0 and 2.4 versions but I cannot upload the image files.
