------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Nov 12 15:50:19 +0000 2008 ------- When setting up a formula with an absolute beginning cell and a relative ending cell, Calc auto-changes the ending cell to an absolute reference when both references are the same cell. Manually removing the $ sign does not work. A work-around is to start at the second cell of the range and copy the formula to the first. Example: =Sum(D$3:D3) auto-changes to =Sum(D$3:D$3) but if I enter =Sum(D$3:D4) and copy to the cell above, I get =Sum(D$3:D3) as desired. The Shift+f4 combination does not help here. This problem also occurs with other formulas that have cell-ranges as inputs, and is not present in OOo2.3 or Excel. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
