Issue 80917 deals specifically with the second scenario, appending data. However the behavior of treating the first row in the input data as column designators is the same in either scenario. So I would assume that the fix, the addition of an option to treat the first row as data, is available in both also. Question 1 then, is this the case? Question 2, if so then given the situation where a user selects to create a new table from the data and selects the option to not use the first row as column names how will the column names be entered?
