------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu Nov 13 23:00:33 +0000 2008 ------- I can provide this additional info, not sure if it helps (unfortunately there is no step-by-step way to reproduce this problem, but it does persist): * The crash often happens while the users are working in other applications, OpenOffice is running in the background and crashes unnoticed. Only when all other windows are iconified the OpenOffice rescue dialog becomes visible * The problem might be related to SolidWorks 64 Bit being installed on those machines (all CAD workstations so this is the application that is used frequently). On Windows XP 64 (where OpenOffice worked fine) we were still using the 32 Bit version of SolidWorks * The problem persists on all 3 Windows Vista 64 Bit machines we have --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
