No, you don't. What you do with this is copying the *table control*, but that
alone is not a new sub form. Open the Form Navigator from the Form Design
toolbar, to see your form/sub form structure: You initially have a form, some
controls in it, a sub form, and a table control in it. When you copy the table
control, then you just have a second table control within the sub form, as you
can see in the form navigator.
To create a new sub form, right-click onto the main form in the form navigator,
and select "New/Form". Then, drag'n'drop or copy'n'paste (within the form
navigator) your second table control to the second sub form.

So, unless I heavily misunderstood you, I suppose this issue can be resolved
INVALID.
