There are actually two issues here: CMD+` doesn't work if there are non-docked toolbars; and CMD+` doesn't work from calc (out of the box). I don't want to assign an arbitrary shortcut. As a Mac user, I hope to see CMD+` cycle between documents whether they be calc, or impress, or writer (etc). I also expect it to work when there are non- docked toolbars.
