The actual Fr, Es and It strings are translations of "Toolbar icon size" instead of just "Icon size". If a shorter translation was used, the strings would probably fit there. To reproduce e.g. from Writer, go to Tools -> Options -> StarOffice -> View. The affected string is located in the upper center part of the dialog.
