Export file formats are all formats that can't be reimported into the type of document that they are created from. Here odt is an export format as it is no longer possible to load it into a master document. Usually the formats don't allow to apply any logic about "newer" or "older" (is jpg "newer" or "older" than png or is it just different?), so why should we write code to implement a logic for this particular case that does not apply to all other "export" menus.
