In the Sun Report Builder, if you
- select the complete report (Ctrl+R)
- open the "Add Field" window
- double-click an entry in this window
, then nothing happens.

The expected result is that controls bound to the double-clicked field are
inserted into the report design. However, this only happens when there is an
active section - in this case the controls are inserted into this section.

To the user, this looks as if the "Add Field" window functionality were broken.
So, SRB should by default add the controls to the "Detail" section, when no
other section is active.
