------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sun Nov 23 12:03:15 +0000 2008 ------- Attached are two files created with OO.o 3.0, SRB 1.0.5 on Ubutntu 8.10(x64) platform. The files are created with a save as from the same report definition - one is saved as an ODT and the other an ODS. In the case of Report2.odt when this file is opened under OO.o 2.4.1 (Ubuntu supplied build) on 2 different machines - one Ubuntu 8.10 the other Kubuntu 8.04 the file displays no text - the tables are there, but the text fails to display. The file Report2.ods has no problem when opened with 2.4.1. Further - passing the file Report2.odt through the ODF Validator ( http://tools.odftoolkit.org/odfvalidator/) set for strict validation generates the following errors: --------------------------------------------------------- Result for Report2.odt This file is NOT valid Result details: upload:///Report2.odt/content.xml[2,2265]:Error:attribute "style:page-number" has a bad value. Possible values are: auto, and more upload:///Report2.odt/content.xml[2,5133]:Error:attribute "style:text-combine-start-char" has a bad value: the length of the value is 0, but the required length is 1. upload:///Report2.odt:Info:validation errors found upload:///Report2.odt:Info:Generator: OpenOffice.org/3.0$Unix OpenOffice.org_project/300m9$Build-9358 -------------------------------------------------------------------- While passing Report2.ods to the same tool generates no errors at all. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
