2008 -------
After this fix another shortcut is wrong compared to master m33:
Ctrl+Space: is mapped (CWS) to "Insert non-breaking space" while it should (MWS)
not be mapped at all (because it is the dedicated IME shortcut on some systems).

This maybe shows that the character mapping uses a rather old version because,
yes, Ctrl+Space used to be "Insert non-breaking space" (2.4.1) but has been
changed in 3.0.

Changing summary accordingly. Reopening.
