The text depends on the status of the issues that you listed under the Add
Fields heading in <URL>. Currently, as I understand, you cannot use
drag-and-drop, and the section in the report must be selected first, and to
insert multiple fields you cannot use double-click on the selection but must use
Enter instead.

So currently, without any buttons in this dialog, the text might be as follows:

"First select a section in the report template, then select the field names in
this dialog box that you want to insert in the selected section. Press Enter to
insert the fields."
