2008 -------
- open the attached database document
- "Create Form in Design View..."
- in the new form, open the data source browser (F4), and therein select the
  "bools" table
- drag the "bool" column to the form
- when dropping, hold the Ctrl+Shift keys pressed, this way creating form
  controls for the table column
=> OOo creates a label control named "bool", and a check without any text

This is weird. A check box control can have a text of its own, there is no need
to create an additional label control. The check box should simply have the text
"bool", and the label should not be created at all.
