2008 -------
1 - I open the text file gb2312.lst containing 15 lines of partly Chinese text
using Drag&Drop.
2 - When the file is displayed (attachment gb2312), some lines are missing.
3 - Check in kwrite - opens & displays correctly.

Summary: When opening a text file using encoding GB2312, OO misses some lines,
and the text displayed is _incomplete_. This behaviour leads to wrong
decisions when using OO in QA.
