I saved the OOo document in doc format. I opened the exported doc in Word, and it looked fine. In Word I added a fourth line, saved it as doc, and opened it in OOo. It looked fine in OOo. If something didn't work for you, can you can submit your original OOo document to this issue, as well as the doc file after you worked on it in Word?
