2008 -------
- download the attached .odb and .dbf file
- open the database document
- in Edit/Properties, adjust the path to the dBase file to the location where
  you just downloaded the .dbf to
- double-click the contained table to display its data
=> the table has two rows. This is actually wrong, since the first row is
   deleted, and the "Display deleted records" option in the database properties
   is *not* checked.

If you open the very same .odb in an DEV300m35, then the table properly displays
one record only.
