The first one sets the attribute display:text='true' and the other one display:text='none'. ODF 1.0 requires that the text in the second one should be hidden but not in the first one. OOorg 3.0 handles that correctly but 2.x (1 <= x <= 4) does not. It hides the text in the first document but not in the second! We have a transition problem from version 2.x to 3.0 here because all old documents do not work correctly any more.
