------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Mon Dec 8 07:23:15 +0000 2008 ------- The bug is the wrong wording in the GUI and in the online help, where "correlation coefficent" is used for the determination coefficient. When inserting a trend line into a chart you can choose to display R². R² is the determination coefficent (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coefficient_of_determination) that could also be calculated by using the RSQ function in Calc. The determination coefficent R² is the square of the correlation coefficent R (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Correlation_coefficient). The latter could also be calculated by using the PEARSON function in Calc. See the attached screenshots for wrong wording in the GUI and in the online help. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
