2005 -------
Using linux and 1.9.m89, I opened a Base document with a table.
I right clicked on the table and chose form wizard.
A Write document (Form Document) started, followed by the form wizard.
So, this works for me in 1.9.m89 on Linux Fedora Core 3.
cairnlin, if you find that this still fails using Linux with the latest release
(at least version 1.9.m89, which includes numerous fixes) then please re-open
this issue.
