On the page "Error Report Tool" (reachable from the index item, "crash reports"), it says that crashrep.exe can be started manually. Should it specify crashrep.com instead? I am fighting a serious problem (P2, data loss, fortunately rare) which produces only an error message. The message, plus a dump, should give somebody enough to solve it.
