All I know is what the Help tells me.  On the page "Error Report Tool"
(reachable from the index item, "crash reports"), it says that crashrep.exe can
be started manually.  Should it specify crashrep.com instead?

I am fighting a serious problem (P2, data loss, fortunately rare) which produces
only an error message.  The message, plus a dump, should give somebody enough to
solve it.  But I try to run a dump, and . . .
