I am basically certain that it is revolving around the navigation with the arrow keys. I think the problem is that by navigating with the arrow keys from one section or cell to another that there is a memory overload as it cycles through displaying/identifying all the changes in style, etc. By comparison navigating with the arrow is easy. It is slow, and goes from one style to another.
