When filtering a column of values that have items grouped together as part of
an
outline, filtering by the top level item correctly displays the item but causes
the outline feature to break; expanding the outline after filtering does not
show the constituent elements of the outline.

EXAMPLE

1. Create list of items in the same column:

41
43
47
51
53

2. Group the items together as part of an outline:

    41
(-) 43
 | 47
 | 51
 | 53

Note that clicking the "-" sign to collapse the outline will roll up the items
as follows:

    41
(+) 43
[other items hidden from view]

3. Create a new filter on the column. Filter for item "43", and then click on
the "+" sign to expand the outline. The following is displayed:

    41
(-) 43

Note that the outline is automatically in collapsed mode despite whether or not
it was collapsed or expanded to start with; this behavior is incorrect, and the
state of the outline should be preserved when filtering. The outline should be
able to be expanded or collapsed when filtering.

See the implementation in Microsoft Excel for more examples of the expected
behavior.
